Welcome to Rope Flow Immersion – a 4-day retreat designed to immerse you in deepening your rope flow practice, help you explore movement, play, and community. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Uddevalla, Sweden, this retreat combines expert coaching, fun physical activities, and plenty of time to relax and recharge. Whether you’re new to rope flow or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave feeling inspired, revitalized and connected.

Forest Adventure: We’ve got something special planned – an immersive experience in nature that’s sure to make this retreat even more memorable!

Getting there: Recommended route is to fly to Gothenburg and take a shuttle to Gothenburg Central and then a train/bus to Uddevalla C. We arrange a pick up for you at Uddevalla C.
